Legal information

Project terms

These project terms are for business customers only (B2B), not private consumers. Sending an enquiry is not an order or an agreement. The accepted written proposal or contract defines the deliverables, price and binding project-specific conditions.

ZICHTGROEI offers services only to businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs acting in their professional capacity, including ZZP and registered companies. We do not accept consumer orders or private projects. Submitting Start Project or a Smart Brief only requests assessment and a possible quotation; it does not create an order or contract. Scope, fees and acceptance are agreed separately in writing.

ZICHTGROEI is the customer-facing brand operated by NOORDVARO V.O.F. NOORDVARO V.O.F. is the contracting and invoicing party for ZICHTGROEI projects. Its registration details are provided below.

Deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, schedule and acceptance are defined in the individual proposal or contract. Additional work and scope changes need an agreed adjustment. BUILD, CARE, GROW and CUSTOM have separate roles and are not automatically bundled.

All advertised prices are business prices excluding VAT (standard Dutch 21% where applicable). The final proposal or invoice states the correct VAT treatment, agreed price, payment schedule and any recurring commitments. Payment deadlines are specified in the accepted written proposal or invoice.

Ownership, usage rights, handover and licences depend on the agreed project. Third-party fonts, software, media and services may have their own licence conditions. No blanket ownership transfer is promised here.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of supplied text, images, data and other content, including required rights and permissions. Review and approval responsibilities must be agreed for the project.

Hosting, domains and external integrations may involve separate terms, charges and dependencies. Provider availability, access, limits and changes can affect delivery; relevant dependencies must be identified in the agreed scope.

Support, updates, backups and response arrangements must be explicitly agreed. CARE is technical continuity within its agreed scope and does not include an SEO subscription. Uninterrupted availability or round-the-clock support is not included unless separately agreed in writing.

GROW supports agreed visibility, content and conversion work. Search rankings, enquiry volume and revenue are not guaranteed. Results also depend on the market, the client's offer, competition and third-party platforms.

The accepted written proposal or agreement governs project-specific responsibilities, remedies and any liability limitations, subject to applicable mandatory law. Contact the operator below about any dispute or contractual question.
