WEBSITES / SOLE TRADERS

Make your independent business easy to understand in the Netherlands.

A website should explain the work you take on and help the right customer enquire. We shape the structure around your services and audience, with project discussions available in English.

CHOOSE A USEFUL STRUCTURE

Give each part of the site a clear job.

Start with the information a customer needs to judge your fit. A focused site may be enough for one service. Separate pages help when the services, audiences or enquiry requirements differ.

  1. Introduce the service, not just the business name

Explain what you do, who you work with and your actual service area. Clarify the kinds of work you accept and the limits of the offer.

  2. Keep distinct services recognisable

A service page should explain the work, useful evidence and what affects scope. Divide the site when a visitor needs a different explanation, rather than to reach a page count.

  3. Make the next step explicit

Choose a primary enquiry route and explain what information starts the discussion. Let customers know which contact languages you can support.

  4. Design for the phone in someone’s hand

Service descriptions, project images and contact should remain easy to read and use on a small screen. A desktop layout squeezed down is not enough.

A FOUNDATION YOU CAN USE

Content, language and technology belong in the same plan.

We agree what you can supply and what needs to be created. The proposal defines the work rather than assuming every requirement is part of a standard package.

Show your own work
Real photographs and a clear account of your role help visitors assess the service. Use material you have permission to publish. If you are starting out, explain your approach without inventing projects or reviews.
Choose languages for customers
An English project discussion does not mean the public site must be English-only. Dutch may serve local customers; English or Polish can serve other actual audiences. Plan the complete service-to-contact journey in each chosen language.
Keep ownership and running costs clear
Agree who owns the domain, where the site is hosted, who has access and who updates content. Hosting and technical continuity need explicit terms and are not assumed to be free with the build.
Build a technical SEO foundation
Descriptive metadata, meaningful headings, internal links and correct language references support a coherent site. Publication and indexing are checked. These foundations do not replace ongoing SEO or guarantee search positions.
What a business website needs

PRACTICAL STARTING POINTS

The right scope depends on the work you sell.

These examples help you frame a project. They are not package inclusions or reports of customer performance.

A specialist consultant

One focused offer may need a concise explanation of the problem, approach and suitable customer, with a direct enquiry route. A large site is optional if it adds no useful information.

A tradesperson working with homeowners

Clear Dutch service descriptions, owned project photographs and the area served can help a homeowner assess the fit. Contact should ask for enough context to discuss the job.

An independent professional with mixed-language customers

Complete Dutch and English journeys may be appropriate. Plan who maintains both versions and which languages you can use when answering enquiries.

Turn your offer into an agreed website project.

  1. Describe the business

Share the services, customers, market, languages and desired enquiry. Existing photographs, copy, domains and websites help establish the starting point.

  2. Agree structure and scope

We decide which pages have a real purpose, what content is needed and who supplies it. The quote follows those decisions.

  3. Review the design

Assess the content hierarchy and phone and desktop layouts before development turns them into the website.

  4. Build and check

We test navigation, language journeys and contact. Access, publication and responsibilities after handover are agreed in advance.

The cases show delivered websites and their capabilities. They do not establish more enquiries, revenue or higher rankings.

BUILD / CARE / GROW

Commission the website. Choose ongoing support separately.

BUILD is a one-time website project. CARE is separate, optional technical continuity. GROW is separate, optional work on visibility and conversion. A first website does not require purchasing all three together.

OPTIONAL ADDITION

Additional language

from €300

For one additional language within a limited, agreed scope, using suitable translated or localized content you provide. The quote depends on scope, the number of distinct pages and how ready the content is.

Translation, copywriting and full SEO localization are not automatically included. The starting price does not cover every complete website regardless of its size.

CUSTOM WEBSITE

Need more? Agree the scope first.

More complex content, navigation or website functionality calls for an individual assessment. Your quote follows the agreed content, features and complexity of the project.
